Do you clean while the building is in use?
We prefer to clean when the building is not in active use — before services, after events, or during weekday hours when classrooms are empty. For facilities that are in use nearly every day, we coordinate access windows with your facilities director and work around your schedule.
What cleaning products do you use in nurseries and classrooms?
We use EPA-registered disinfectants appropriate for child-occupied spaces. Product data sheets are available on request. If your church has specific product restrictions due to allergies or chemical sensitivities, notify us at intake and we will confirm compatibility.
How do you handle access to the building?
Most clients provide a lockbox code, a key copy or a security access card. We document the access method in writing and maintain it confidentially. If your security system requires a specific protocol, we follow it.
Can you clean after a large event on short notice?
Post-event cleaning can typically be dispatched within 24–48 hours of a request, subject to crew availability. For large events — funeral luncheons, church anniversaries, holiday programs — we recommend scheduling in advance as part of the regular contract, not as a last-minute request.
Do you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes. A certificate of insurance is included with your written quote at no charge. If your trustee board or property management company requires a specific additional-insured endorsement, contact us before signing the contract.
What if a cleaning is missed or below standard?
Contact us the same day. We respond within business hours and schedule a return visit within 48 hours. There is no charge for a return visit that addresses work falling below the written scope.
