What to Expect: Your First 30 Days in Sun City West

New clients often ask what the first month looks like. Here is the sequence, step by step. Nothing here should surprise you after signing a contract.

1

Walkthrough

We schedule a facility walkthrough at a time convenient for your facilities director or a member of the trustee board. We measure rooms, document floor types, note access points and ask about scheduling constraints. This typically takes 30–60 minutes for a standard church facility.

2

Written scope of work

Within one business day of the walkthrough, we deliver a written scope naming every room, every task, the products to be used, the proposed schedule and a line-item price. You review it. If anything is wrong, we revise before you sign.

3

Crew assignment

You are assigned a consistent crew, not a rotating pool of whoever is available that week. Your facilities team will recognize the same people. If a crew member changes, we notify you in advance.

4

First clean

The first visit often takes longer than subsequent visits because initial conditions — accumulated dust behind pews, floor finish buildup, grout that has not been scrubbed in months — require more time to address. We do not charge extra for this.

5

30-day check-in

After 30 days, we contact your primary point of contact to ask specifically: is there anything on the scope that is not getting done, or anything not on the scope that needs to be added? This is how the scope stays current as your facility's use changes.

Response time commitment

If you contact us with a concern about a completed cleaning, we respond the same business day. If the issue requires a return visit, we schedule it within 48 hours of confirmation. We do not charge for return visits resulting from work that did not meet the written scope.
