Many facilities use both: a weekly scheduled clean plus post-event dispatch for the larger gatherings.

Fellowship kitchens that serve food to the public or to large groups have different sanitation requirements than a break-room kitchen. We clean to food-safe standards on prep surfaces without using products that leave chemical odors in the space. If your kitchen operates under a health permit, we document our sanitation products and provide that list with your contract.
